clean room whatsapp communication kind staff
the room was so clean. communication via whatsapp was fast. breakfast had a lot of options. the staff were really attentive and kind to me.
i smell a slight damp in the room. it would be nice to fix this

the hotel is near many shops. it is also close to the beach. it has a walking path that goes along the beach for those that enjoy a stroll along the ocean.

staff are very attentive. they answered all my questions. they provided assistance quickly. they use whatsapp to communicate with guests and to make sure all needs are addressed in a timely fashion.

The hotel is right on the beachfront near all the shops. The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The food from room service was delicious! Breakfast buffet in the morning was AMAZING!!! The gym had all the equipment I needed for my workouts.
The beach chairs were not the most comfortable and could use some upkeep.

Decent Stay with Some Issues
malfunctioning blinds musty air conditioning
The bathroom blinds were not fully functional. Light seeped into the bedroom when I used the bathroom at night, disturbing my wife. the air conditioning had a musty, moldy smell. Staff placed a diffuser and dehumidifier in the room, which helped a little, but I still noticed the odor.
